Serving as CEO and group majority owner of St. Louis CITY SC, Carolyn is the visionary director of our stadium’s senior leadership group. Carolyn is the only female majority leader in MLS (and one of the few in all of professional sports), and is committed to delivering an inclusive matchday experience unlike any other in all of sports.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & GENERAL COUNSEL
Jason oversees team and stadium business and manages all non-soccer operations and legal aspects of St. Louis’ new MLS team. Prior to Thein’s current role, he was a partner with Thompson Coburn LLP, the largest law firm in St. Louis. He also currently serves as a board member of Forest Park Forever.
As Sporting Director, Lutz is responsible for all sporting operations for St. Louis CITY SC, which includes recruiting coaches, hiring staff, identifying and signing players, and creating and developing a youth academy. Lutz is a German soccer legend, and lends his international playing and coaching experience to help make Centene Stadium a global destination.

As the first ever CXO in MLS, Matt is leading our stadium team in building an experience that redefines fan engagement. At the core of Matt’s vision is a promise to build a truly personalized, innovative fan-first experience that excites and unites the community beyond soccer.

As Chief Revenue Officer for both St. Louis CITY SC and Centene Stadium, Dennis oversees sponsorships at every level. Dennis brings an elite knowledge of ticketing, sales and marketing to our team, having two decades of experience in similar roles in the NFL.
VICE PRESIDENT of Ticket Sales & Service
Edmound brings expertise in managing all facets of ticket sales, from strategic planning and marketing to integrating sales platforms and leading top-notch training programs for the sales team on the ground. Edmound’s insight for St. Louis CITY SC stems from 8 years of experience in the NBA, and most recently from his position as Director of Ticket Sales & Service for the Orange Bowl Committee.

Centene Stadium, which will open later this summer, is a state-of-the-art soccer-specific stadium that will help unite the St. Louis region and play an important role in the positive momentum happening in the heart of St. Louis.
The one-mile stretch of the Brickline Greenway from Harris-Stowe State University to the St. Louis CITY SC Stadium is one the newest additions to the network of paved, accessible pathways from regional public agency Great Rivers Greenway.
As St. Louis CITY SC continues to build out its vision for the Downtown West Stadium District, the team unveiled an innovative pop-up retail concept to be housed in the first level of its new parking garage.
